Shipping Policy
Shipping
All orders are processed and dispatched by our partners within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.
Please note that once an order is shipped, we cannot control any delays in transit. However, Fyranss’s customer service team will assist in tracking orders and resolving any issues with the shipping provider if necessary.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown on all product pages, but please note these are not guaranteed delivery dates. The estimated delivery date is calculated using order processing and transit times; however, some orders may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
If there are any significant delays in processing your order, Fyranss will contact you via email.
Once an order is processed and verified, we will provide you with a confirmation and tracking number via email.
Changing Delivery Address
Once an order is placed, we can change the delivery address if there's any mistake in it before the ACTUAL SHIPPING. If the item is already shipped, we can't do anything. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and up to date. Fyranss is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
